Service Description

For commercial services, only raw data logging is provided from the survey for qualified contractors to evaluate and come to their own conclusion. No inspection report provided to the client. Here’s what to expect: Moisture Mapping: Using tools such as infrared cameras to conduct thermal imaging, inspectors can catalog data from hidden moisture that may not be visible in the building structure. Moisture Meter Data logging: Quantification of dampness in masonry, plaster and floor slabs. Non-Invasive Leak Detection: Survey of buildings plumbing systems to rule out active leaks in walls, roof attic and floor slabs. Water Pressure Testing: Water pressure measurements are cataloged for diagnosing plumbing problems and preventing issues like leaks or faulty fixtures.
