A commercial-grade survey for buildings where hidden moisture needs to be located and quantified. Ideal for body corporates, property managing companies, landlords and facilities teams who need objective moisture data for their own contractors and specialists to act on. What to expect: Thermal imaging moisture mapping — data logging hidden moisture in walls, roofs, attics and floor slabs located and catalogued frame by frame. Drone mapping & photogrammetry — high resolution data to aid informed decision-making on your projects. On request only and quoted separately. Moisture meter data logging — quantification of dampness in masonry, plaster and floor slabs. Non-invasive leak detection — the building's plumbing systems surveyed to rule out active leaks in walls, roof spaces and floor slabs. Water pressure testing — measurements catalogued for diagnosing plumbing problems. Your deliverable: a raw data pack of thermal imaging frames, moisture readings and logged measurements, compiled for qualified contractors to evaluate and reach their own conclusions. This survey tier does not include a written inspection report but can be quoted for separately if required. Pricing is on application.
